Trust-Care was born because we believe there is a better way to get people the care they need. So we had a clear idea of what we wanted to achieve from the start. Everything we do is built on these principles. The care we provide is always tailored to the unique needs of the individual, prioritising their wellbeing, dignity, privacy, freedom of choice and safety. Our goal is to enhance their lives and help them realise their full potential. What support do our care workers need to be at their best? Our carers have access to specialised training, but more than that: we listen, give advice and guidance when needed and act upon their feedback and suggestions.
