True Self Counseling

Founded in 2010, True Self Counseling is a mental health provider focused on helping each person it encounters achieve the best version of themselves. We approach therapy in a person-focused manner - understanding that you are the person best positioned to see the changes in your own life. Molly is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (L.C.P.... C.). Her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling was obtained from MidAmerica Nazarene University. She is a member in good standing with the American Counseling Association and the Chi Sigma Iota National Counseling Honor Society. It's my passion to work with individuals who are ready to begin healing from past emotional hurts and begin the journey of true self discovery. My goal is to meet with people as they are; partnering with them on their unique journey towards a full and healthy life. My specialty area of interest is helping adolescents and adults heal and recover from unhealthy relationships. When you are in an unhealthy relationship, you are not free to be your "true self." In addition to working with individuals recovering from relational hurts, I enjoy working on parent-child relationships, especially involving adolescents. The teen years can be difficult ones, full of transitions. It is my desire to help parents and children communicate and relate effectively during these difficult years. I have experience counseling clients through grief & loss, divorce, addictions, abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, unhealthy relationships, and other life transitions. I enjoy working with clients ages 12 and up, no matter where they find themselves on their journey.
