True Health, a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) community health center, has been serving low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved populations in Central Florida since 1977. We operate seven service delivery locations within Orange and Seminole Counties, which includes five neighborhood health centers and two school-based health centers.... We provide services in areas throughout Central Florida, which are Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) designated as medically underserved populations and health professional shortage areas. We are recognized as a patient-centered medical home with full accreditation by Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer a sliding fee scale to those that are uninsured, we accept Medicare and Medicaid patients, and over 25 major health and HMO insurance plans. Annually we proudly serve over 40,000 unduplicated patients with over 101,000 encounters. Services include adult and pediatric family practice, obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, dentistry, podiatry, pharmacy, laboratory, and X-ray services.
