Trinity Partnership

Each school is an Academy Member of The Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust. When a vacancy for a head teacher arose for Duchy and Weeting Schools, the trust decided to use the opportunity to secure the futures of the three schools and thus put in place the mechanism for the partnership to be formed. The Executive Head, Governors and DEMAT have a vi... sion for the Partnership to become an educational shining light in the West Norfolk. The desire is that each school will be an exemplar for primary teaching and learning and together the partnership will forge a centre of excellence where staff and families want to be part of this process. Each school within the partnership will continue to develop its own personality and the characteristics which mark each school will be encouraged to grow and evolve. Staff across the partnership will be encouraged to share good practice, support one another, provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD), teach across the schools and be the best they can be so our children get the best and develop into people who think, question and see learning as an important life tool.
