The firm was founded September 2013 in Savannah, and it is owned and managed by Partners Joshua N. McIntosh, MBA and Felton Jenkins III, CFA. The firm manages primarily balanced portfolios (including both equity and fixed income securities) for its clients. Registered with the appropriate regulatory agencies, Trimaran Capital, LLC works with JE Com... pliance Consulting for our compliance and regulatory filing needs. Prior to joining Trimaran Capital, LLC in February 2016, Felton has almost 14 years of investment experience with Minis & Company and 7 years with Weyerhaeuser Company in corporate finance. He earned his MBA from Yale in 1995 and his B.S. from UGA in 1990. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002. He has served as lead portfolio manager on many institutional and individual accounts beginning in 2002. He began investing in securities personally in August of 1987, and he has been an active volunteer and supporter of several non-profits and his church over the years. Josh has 13 combined years of investment management experience, initially with Chatham Capital Group, later with Wells Fargo Advisors and currently with Trimaran Capital, LLC, which he founded 3 years ago. He earned his MBA from Georgia Southern and his Bachelors in Business from UGA. Josh & Carolyn (a partner & CPA at Hancock Askew) have two sons and have Savannah roots going back several generations.
