Trident Instrumentation was founded by the late Antonio J. Morrone (Tony), an Instrument Engineer by Profession. Tony majored in the fields of electronic and industrial control systems and had over 30 years of experience in the fields of Industrial and Analytical Instrumentation. He was there when process logic controllers and computers first start... ed appearing in South Africa and he started focusing on Near Infrared and Segmented Flow Analyzers. During the years, he attended various international seminars, training courses and interactions with the relevant product gurus, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience. Meaningful relationships, both locally and internationally have been formed with suppliers, end users, and their requirements. Tony had a vision, to run Trident as a family concern with a fresh perspective that would stand the test of time, his patience and long term outlook, thinking years ahead, allowed for good strategy and decision making with solid formal training, solidarity, trust, stability, accountability, flexibility, diversity and commitment.
