Established in 1916 , Triangle Cooperative Service Company, laid the ground work for Triangle Insurance to be built on cooperative values. The parent company originally aided Oklahoma cooperatives with marketing grain and securing rail cars. In its beginning, Triangle Insurance strived to meet the unique needs of Oklahoma cooperatives struggling to find adequate coverage at a competitive price. In the years since, we have expanded our operating territory to offer our exclusive products and exceptional service to over half of the nation and we continue to grow. Our superior customer service is the Triangle Difference. We believe in personalized, face-to-face interactions combined with a hands-on, common sense approach to loss control and underwriting. This provides flexibility to our customers and has proven successful, resulting in an A- "Excellent" financial rating from A.M. Best. Since 1992 we have added new markets to include large commercial farms, feed mills, farm stores and fertilizer dealers. We offer an exclusive participation dividend to our members. Having a knowledgeable employee group is vital to us. Their extensive, first-hand familiarity of agriculture combined with their insurance expertise allows us to better relate to our customers and their operations.
