Triangle Consulting Group is a group of retired Toyota Motor Manufacturing members from the General Manager Team Member level. All of us share a passion to help companies learn and implement the Toyota Production System. Together we have over 800+ years of TPS experience. Tim Turner has spent his entire life surrounded by family. He's been a husban... d for twenty years, a father for eighteen, and was a member of the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky family for twenty-two years. While with his Toyota family Tim held a variety of positions; he was a Fundamental skills trainer for the Lexus ES350 plant and was the team leader of the Quality Gate and Surface Damage. When Tim is a member of a family he goes in, as shown by the countermeasures he assisted with that focused on identifying potential defects within the Lexus, that ensured that customers received the "perfect vehicle". In its first year of production the TMMK Lexus line won the JD Power platinum plant award. In 2012 Tim Turner implemented a program where developmentally challenged individuals gained employment at TMMK. This employment helped these individuals gain a sense of worth and pride from their work. While still at TMMK Tim was appointed as the Chairman of the Toyota Christian Fellowship Group business partnering group. This group allowed Tim to help others in the community, they participated in many new community service opportunities with Tim as the Chairman. During his time at TMMK, Tim Turner wrote a book, with the help of his TMMK family, that focused on various TMMK team member's life experiences and how their successes, struggles, and the company developed them as people. All profits from this book was donated to the bereavement fund for the team members at Toyota who have lost a loved one or experiencing difficult circumstances in life.
