Tri-StateDOCS

Since 1987 the Tri-StateDOCS physician membership has increased from 68 physician members to over 100 physician members and 50 affiliate members. The Tri-StateDOCS network provides healthcare to residents in 29 tristate communities located throughout, Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Offering an array of services ranging from primary care services to... surgical specialties the Tri-StateDOCS physician members and their clinics are here to serve patients and provide them with quality healthcare. Each physician and affiliate member of the Tri-StateDOCS has access to the same insurance contracts allowing patients to be referred within the independent physician network in their area. Healthcare Affiliates of the Tri-States (HCATS) is a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) partnership between Tri-StateDOCS and The Finley Hospital. This partnership was formed in August 1994 and was established in part to achieve greater efficiencies for the partners, particularly as it relates to contracting with managed care organizations and physician information systems. To maintain and preserve our ability to deliver high quality medical care as cooperating independent physicians while structuring ourselves to compete in and respond to todays competitive healthcare environment.
