About Tri-State Plating

Tri-State Plating, Inc. was established in 1983 in Louisville, Kentucky. For over twenty years we have served our customers with the finest metal finishing in the area! Our wide array of machinery gives us the advantage of plating many different types of steel parts. We plate parts ranging from small fasteners to large custom parts. We can meet any zinc plating needs. Our state of the art barrel lines are computer controlled with horizontal barrels and programmable hoists giving us the capabaility of plating extremely high quantities. Tri-State has manual barrel lines for specialty barrel plating, giving us the flexibility you demand. We have several fully automated return-type rack machines equipped with universal racks. Our plant also contains a large hoist rack machine capable of plating lengths up to 12 feet. We can provide delivery and pickup service for your convenience.
