Tri-Shield has mine site experience and has been providing Security Services to the mining, oil and gas industries since 2010. Since early 2012 we have provided Security personnel on the Wheatstone Project in Onslow. Our primary functions have been the security of the gatehouses, roving patrols both in vehicles and on foot, and providing security p... ersonnel for general duties as required. Our current Operations Supervisor is a valuable asset to both our contractor Omega Security and to the client Bechtel and has been instrumental in the development and implementation of security procedures and providing operational advice to our contractor and client alike. Our teams are well trained and carry out their duties in a proficient and professional manner. Whilst our main focus is on employing aboriginal Security Officers we have several suitably qualified and experienced Security Officers that have joined Tri-Shield from other mine site who bring with them a lot of Security experience and expertise. Our Managing Director Robert Seth has over 35 years in the WA security industry successfully operating a Perth based security business for the past 13 years providing security services to many clients throughout the metropolitan and to other security companies throughout Australia. Brian Hayes is our major shareholder and Director of Indigenous Affairs. Brian is well known and highly respected throughout the Pilbara having served as President of the Shire of Ashburton for several years followed by senior indigenous positions within Woodside, John Holland and Chevron. Our management and staff have several years' experience in mine site operations having worked at many mine sites throughout the North West. As an indigenous company we promote, mentor and encourage indigenous participation and currently have a number of new indigenous security officers that we have successfully integrated into the workforce.
