About Trevalyn Estates

Trevalyn Estates Ltd. was formed in 1975 with a view to building a company that specialises in developing, retaining and managing small multi-let Industrial Estates. The first was what is now known as the Puleston Industrial Estate in Wrexham. Originally a corn mill and later an engineering works, the engineering company had gone into liquidation in 1973 and the property had been empty for two years when it was bought by Trevalyn Estates Ltd.. A programme of demolishing surplus buildings and sub-dividing and renovating the remainder followed, although the greatest change was when the original four storey mill building was destroyed by fire in 1985. The building was not replaced, the area on which it stood being used for additional car parking space. Additional sites have been added over the years and there are now seventeen in all, comprising of one hundred and forty Units with a total floor area of some 330,000 square feet. The main areas of operation are North Wales and the North West, although the company also has units in the North East, Derbyshire and Scotland.
