At Trellis, we believe and know that many people who experience a disability bring very specific and valuable skills to the workforce. We advocate opportunity and provide real-world job coaching and on-site support for people in this often under-utilized workforce. Our highly trained employment specialists help create those connections between area businesses and capable individuals, who are seeking to use their abilities in employment settings ranging from assembly to complex IT. As an Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Vendor, we see the value of this often under-served population and were looking for like-minded businesses to partner with us. Trellis has helped us tremendously with finding a great employee. Faith from Trellis Inc brought Sara to us as a job trainee and helped Sara become a successful employee with our company.
