The c... ompany has been serving contractors, owners, architects, engineers, and wholesalers in South Florida and the Caribbean since 1999 on condos, hotels, restaurants, institutions, hospitals, and rehab projects. The company offers the company's customers hands on support beginning with the initial development process, continuing with detailing of shop drawings and hardware schedules, to the full lifecycle of the project. In order to service the company's customer's needs for pre-hungs within the timeframes required by them, the company could not simply offer a "purchase and resell" program. As a direct result, in 2005, the company purchased a new Diamond 3000 door pre-hanging machine. The company's ability to produce the highest quality, custom-sized door and frame component within a one-two day leadtime, has helped the company service their customers "on demand" needs. That "on demand" need carries forward into the hollow metal and architectural wood door fabrication part of their business and into the hardware, window, and bath accessory inventory levels needed to service the demand. "Unfortunately many of the company's customers are reactive and cannot wait the four and five week leadtimes that are common within the company's industry and it's the company's responsibility and commitment to the company's customers to continue to strive for ways to shorten those leadtimes."
