Trayer, established in 1929, manufactures and supplies products to a broad customer base in the heavy truck, off-highway, construction and agricultural fields. The company's fully integrated metal working facility features conventional and CNC machining, centerless and ID grinding, and punch press capabilities. An important adjunct to the company's capabilities is the existence of a comprehensive, in-house heat treating operation for through hardening and case-hardening of ferrous materials. Integral quench batch furnaces along with microprocessor-controlled pit furnaces ensure high quality, cost-effective carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding and neutral hardening. High and low volume induction hardening systems with single-shot and scanning capabilities.
