Thus, the principle guiding our service delivery is at all times subject our clients to the least possible inconvenience and cost, while delivering very efficient and effective service, recognizing both individual differences and preferences. Our goal is to persistently re-invent our outfit in order to ensure our service and its delivery satisfies and supports the expectations and aspirations of our clientele now and in the future. The board is made up of; Chukwudi C. Aligwekwe, the managing director is a BSC degree holder of Sociology/Anthropology (UNN 1985). He also has diplomas in airline ticketing and reservation ranging from ordinary, intermediate and advanced, and has attended several airline and other hospitality courses and seminars spanning over a period of 19 years.
