Destination Ventures celebrates its 20th Anniversary this August. A business launched solely by Jane in the attic of her brother's travel agency grew into a true labor of love. Living, breathing (and eating of course) all things Mexico has been our passion and dream existence (oh, and living in Bend, Oregon with our three kids). So it is with great... pride and gratitude that we thank all our supporters for 20 years of friendship. They say "find how to get paid doing what you love, and you'll never work a day of your life. Thanks to your 20 years of support, this dream became our reality! And we are now crossing another career milestone. Starting August 1st, 2011, DV has been acquired by Mark Murphy and his Travalliance (formerly Performance Media Group LLC). Leaders in agent education and technological innovation, Travalliance will implement programs and platforms to enhance all our current Specialist programs. The benefits for our current e-learning programs will be realized in the coming weeks, as Travalliance introduces their stellar portfolio of engaging media solutions. We are also delighted to announce that both Jane and Greg will continue with Travalliance in full-time sales and content development capacities, and that Toni Aguirre, our indispensable and loyal Dir. of Sales will also be staying with the team. We will remain in Bend, Oregon from where we will develop new Mexico and Latin American relationships, and we are certain that these plans will include our continued collaboration. So August is time for DOUBLE celebration. For this we are doubly appreciative of our supporters, your loyalty, friendship, and our two decades of thrills and spills. We'll be talking very soon.
