TDI CHPExpress is developing the Champlain Hudson Power Express (CHPE), a fully buried transmission line designed to deliver clean, renewable hydropower to New York City. This $6 billion project aims to provide 1,250 MW of low-cost renewable energy, significantly reducing carbon emissions and supporting New York's transition to 70% renewable energy by 2030. The project is expected to create over 1,400 jobs and save New Yorkers $17.3 billion in electricity costs over 30 years.
