About Transition Projects
Transition Projects provides individuals with the services, resources and tools they need to end their homelessness, secure housing, and maintain that housing. Each year, the company assist more than 10,000 people experiencing homelessness. On any given day, the company helps meet the basic needs of more than 700 people through the company's Day Center. On any given night, the company provides a safe place to sleep for more than 550 people with nowhere else to turn. In any given year, the company helps place more than 600 people into affordable housing - and then support them in retaining that housing.
