TfY (Training for You) was established in June 2006 under the name of Training the Carer Limited by Managing Director Caroline Raynsford, Jenny Connelly and Dawn Hewitt. Initially a Care training specialist, Training for You has grown to deliver pre and post employment Training and Development in additional sectors in response to the requests and n... eeds of our clients and their demand for High Quality training which delivers Value for Money. Over the past 6 years TfY has evolved and gained a wealth of experience in the delivery of Government funded programmes working with Skills Funding Agency (SFA), Department for Works and Pensions (DWP) Local Authorities and European Social Fund. Training for You aims to provide a high quality service in training, assessment and verification, taking into account the pressures organisations and their workforce are faced with plus the individual needs of the learner. We pride ourselves on a flexible approach, high standards and building good relationships, to ensure any investment made in our training and development services realises a tangible return on that investment. Training for You has been the first training provider to have successfully met the Surrey Care Association Training Provider Quality Benchmark and has gained a reputation for its quality of delivery services, its ability to meet challenging targets and its proactive and innovative approach to workforce development both pre and post employment and has found itself in increasing demand by organisations seeking total workforce solutions. 2011 held challenges for us as an Organisation, and in common with other SME businesses we realised that we needed to reshape and strengthen activity in our core markets in order to maintain our market reputation for Excellence and High quality in Training delivery.
