Every living quarters in a TRAIL RIDER horse traile... r comes with air conditioning, a 16,000 BTU DSI furnace, a microwave, a DSI water heater, a porcelain stool, a step system for easy entry into the gooseneck, stainless steel appliances, a pass through door to the horse area, a drop down food window for each horse, and tie ups for each horse on both sides of the trailer. The frame of the TRAIL RIDER is sprayed with a zinc based primer, and then painted with enamel. A durable bed liner finish is then sprayed onto exposed steel surfaces; under the gooseneck, on the fenders, the rear posts and header, and on the roof and dividers in the horse area. Not only does this application make sense for its practicality as it provides for years of extended attractive looks and durable wear. The living quarters area, in a TRAIL RIDER horse trailer, has a western theme, with six wood choices (cherry, hickory, walnut, pine, light oak, and dark oak), and a selection of counter tops adn flooring to coordinate the decor to a Customers' specific tastes. This alone puts the TRAIL RIDER furlongs ahead of the cookie cutter trailers being offered in the marketplace. Once the living quarters is completed on a trailer, each and every unity has the living quarters area bubble tested for air leaks before it leaves the end of the manufacturing line.
