Tracy D. Cluck provides representation in criminal and civil trials and appeals in both Texas and U.S. federal courts. Mr. Cluck practices throughout Texas and the United States, though his primary practice is in the Central Texas/Hill Country area. Mr. Cluck is a native Texan and grew up in the Austin area. Harrington at the Texas Civil Rights Project, Michael E. Tigar (Washington, D.C.) and Gerald Goldstein (San Antonio), Mr. Cluck has extensive experience with Texas and Federal trials and appeals, including habeas corpus and death penalty matters. As a former adjunct professor at St. Edward's University, Mr. Cluck has taught legal writing, criminal procedure, constitutional law, juvenile law and death penalty seminars.
