CASPER, Wyo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Transportation Partners and Logistics, LLC (TP&L) announced today that it began a $4.1 million dollar construction project in Pensacola, Florida that will allow a major wind OEM to double its capability to rail machine heads and hubs at its Pensacola factory.
