TOWN Kitchen & Bar was created by Brandon Lurie and John Janette with the intention of creating a neighborhood full service restaurant and bar concept where they, their families and friend could hang out and feel like they were at home. Brandon and John invited a handful of their family members and closest friends to invest in their vision. Early o... n they found their star Chef, Mike Altman, and he was added to the Team. The photos that adorn the walls of Town are the photos of just some of our family partners and Town friends. Lucky for us, these friendships continue to grow and the special moments are being shared every day at Town by everyone in the community. The restaurant caters to those looking to join others in a fun, comfortable atmosphere where they will be recognized by the staff and other guests. The slogan at Town is we are "A Neighborhood Joint". With great tasting food, service with a smile, and a relaxed, casual yet chic atmosphere, our guests are made to feel right at home. There's no "attitude" issues coming from our staff and we encourage special requests and guest comments. TOWN is the social and information center in South Miami, an informal gathering place, that one great neighborhood restaurant that's embraced by the community, appeals to all age groups and that would be considered a legitimate breakfast, lunch, dinner, or beverage option any day or night of the week.
