Midwest Tower Partners, LLC ("Midwest") specializes in the ownership, management and development of communications towers and antenna sites as a service for the wireless telecommunications industry. The firm, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and operating nationwide, owns and/or manages over 150 antenna sites on towers, rooftops and other structures.... The company has developed and maintains a number of other affiliations, including master site agreements with wireless carriers (tower sites), real estate companies (rooftops), and media groups (billboards). Midwest offers the following services: site acquisition and tower development, purchase/leaseback, tower management and leasing, rooftop management, site design, construction management, a strategic partnership program, and build-to-suit/leaseback. The company was organized in the summer of 1997 by consolidating antenna site ownership and management activities of several communications companies, including All City Communication Company, Inc., Wisconsin Tower Partners, L.L.C. and Waukesha Tower Associates. Midwest has established a strong affiliation with two-way radio sales and service shops and tower companies throughout the region to inspect, service and maintain antenna sites. Midwest is now undertaking an aggressive and ambitious campaign to expand its presence nationwide by the acquisition and management of existing towers and by the development and construction of new towers to meet current and future needs of wireless providers. A midwest-based investment group with financing backs this effort secured through the media groups of two large commercial institutions. Midwest's size and client-oriented consultive approach enables it to move swiftly to structure transactions that meet the particular financial planning goals of each seller or client.
