Business Communications Inc. was founded in 1982 by Kimberly Carter; in 1984 she incorporated and took on partners, Russ Carter, Russel Floyd Jr, Gordon Floyd and Randy Fitzgerald. In April 2009 Kim Carter bought the Floyd's stock making Business Communications, Inc. a woman owned company. BCI has 7 employees fully trained and certified on product knowledge and abilities. We provide the best of communication products with our Communication Server line from ESI. We also analyze their telephone bills and are able to then order and install the appropriate Telco services, which we maintain after the sale. BCI has been a successful partner with ESI for Fourteen Years. In our community the ESI Communication Server platforms serves many types of businesses. This diversity of clients is directly related to the flexibility of the Communication Servers, the robust feature set offered in each platform, and the ease with which the Communication Server systems are customized and used by each of our customers. Most of BCI employees have been with the company in excess of 10 years. This unusual longevity of our employees benefits our customers by providing a consistency in contact points within BCI, technicians knowledgeable on specific customers' installations, and one-on-one relationship between the principals of BCI and the customers.
