It is our intention to grow, both organically and through acquisition, into the largest independent national out-of-home company and to partner with our clients to expand and enrich the out-of-home experience. To that end, we have... just closed on a tremendous offer by Lamar to purchase our inventory in Portland, Oregon, a wall in New York, and a few of our locations in the Boston market. With this transaction we were also able to obtain five (5) excellent downtown Seattle walls. This sale immediately enhances our already significant presence in the Seattle market and it provides us with the flexibility to more fully develop the company in selected key markets while providing great distribution for our clients. While we no longer have a presence at this time in Portland or New York and have fewer signs in Boston, this transaction allows us to better serve our clients. Our new developments in Boston, including premium interstate signs in Boston proper, will allow us to offer more faces and create stronger market distribution in the very near future.
