Across our team of 40 plus employees and sub... contractors, we are available to respond to any request within designated timeframes historically our rapid response team has deployed to any request within 30 minutes. Planned work schedules are developed between the client and TIS, this planned work is uploaded to our scheduling program and allocated accordingly amongst relevant trained employees. Unplanned work is recorded in our scheduling program and allocated by priority request from the customer and resources are allocated to complete the work within the period listed in the Package of Work. Urgent calls will be answered by our call centre and attended to immediately. We have a 'Rapid Response Team' available 24 hours on our dedicated 0800TISLTD number during the hours of Monday to Friday 07.00 - 17.00.
