Total Comfort Solution was established in 1997 by motel developer Rod Shaw to provide an affordable, efficient , and quiet alternative to the traditional window shakers found in most motel and multi dwelling units. We worked with architects, engineers, utility companies, equipment manufacturers, and others to put together a package that met the nee... ds of the industry. One of the first projects undertook was awarded as one of the top three energy efficient buildings in Canada. The process was slow but we continued to press forward and currently there are hundreds of projects across North America using the TCS system. No longer is critical mass a concern and with 20 years under our belts it is exciting to work in such a fast moving industry.
