Highly Engaged Employees

InterContinental Miami is more than just a destination for leisure and business travelers alike, it is considered home away from home to over 500 employees who live the IHG Winning Ways every day, by doing the right thing, showing they care, aiming higher, celebrating difference, and working better together. Priding themselves on being ONE GREAT TE... AM, fifth year in a row honored one of the TOP WORKPLACES of South Florida by the Sun Sentinel. The property soars majestically into the skyline on Chopin Plaza and adjacent to Bayfront Park, located at the confluence of Biscayne Bay and the Miami River. Rising 34-stories above Miamis urban core, and offering sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and Port of Miami, the hotel invested $30 million to revamp the space and provide the ultimate guest experience, catapulting it from the traditional to the extraordinary. Providing an unmatched experience for guests and visitors, it features 641 luxury guest rooms, 34 suites and 35 meeting rooms with more than 101,000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor meeting and event space, an interactive lobby with a symphony of technology, and infusion of art. The InterContinental Miami captures the pulse of the Magic City in which it stands - high style, luxurious, artistic, edgy, urban and cultured. The hotel offers multiple dining concepts, including Toro Toro by Chef Richard Sandoval, Table 40, an exclusive chefs table inside the Toro Toro kitchen, Ole breakfast eatery and Bluewater Cafe; a full-service fitness center and a luxury spa at mySpa Miami; and rooftop pool deck, jogging trail and gardens. The InterContinental Miami hotel is as extraordinary as the colleagues who work there and the city they work in. Don't just take the company's word for it, what's stopping you from experiencing it for yourself?
