A majority of homeowners number one complaint is poor customer service. From the frustration they experience in just trying to get a company to show up to the disappointment in not having the job completed to their satisfaction. This is unacceptable because you value your time and money just as much as we do. To address this problem Toolbox Renovations has built alliances with other reliable tradespeople and suppliers. Once we accept a project we are committed to completion and to your satisfaction. Now because it's not a perfect world, we'll be the first ones to admit that not every renovation goes smoothly. There will likely be some issues along the way but through careful planning, clear communication and skilled execution our goal is to minimize them as much as possible and be on time and under budget. We will meet with you in your home, listen to your ideas, concerns and desires then provide you with a free rough estimate. If this estimate fits your budget expectations then, for a $100 fee we will put together a detailed quote including sub trades for your final consideration and should you decide to hire Toolbox Renovations this fee will be credited back to you.
