Tomco Machining is a vertically integrated manufacturer of precision assemblies and sub-assemblies. The Company's Quality System is ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 Rev. C Certified. The Company is NADCAP Accredited to AS7110 for Welding and Brazing. The product line is oriented around tubular and duct type assemblies for the aerospace industry and ot... her specialty industrial applications. Tomco has tube-bending capability (1/8" to 3.0") including: tube-in-tube applications, machining, press and forming, weld and braze, tube beading and flaring (1/4" to 3.0"), fixture and tool making, flow and pressure testing and a variety of NDT capabilities. The Company works with stainless, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, copper and castings and forgings of various metal types. Tomco currently produces various tubular assemblies that are used by several branches of the Military and or commercial customers. Tomco has vendor codes with Boeing, GEAE, Honeywell, Lockheed, Lord and Rolls Royce. Tomco manufactures tubular assemblies that go into airframe applications for the F-15s, F18s, C130s, C5s and the B52. The majority of the tubular assemblies go into an engine application such as the CFM56, F404, F414, J79 and the family of LM engines.
