About Tollshield
TollShield is a cloud-based service revolutionising the Telecommunications industry by detecting and blocking toll fraud in real time. Prior to the innovative TollShield platform, breaches were usually only detected after the phones had been hacked, leaving Telcos with the option of billing their not-so-happy customers or covering the cost themselves. Standard industry practice to prevent toll fraud used to be blocking calls to high-risk countries like Cuba and Somalia. But since TollShield's release in 2013, customers can lift any restrictions and rely on TollShield's real-time algorithm to identify and stop any fraudulent phone calls.
