It manages and owns four Trading Companies, a Logistic, a Wharf and 6 industrial Plants. All the operations and the decision makings for all the subsidiaries is done through Tojar Holding. The 4 Trading Companies, function mainly in food, cloth, construction material, mixed nuts, beverages, Electrical applications and so on. While each company has... its own small fleet of vehicles and has access to Rail and Air transport of goods internally, still, our logistic company deals with most of the goods import and export from Europe, Russia, CIS countries, Middle East and East Asia. It also has access to Shipping through Caspian Sea, Persian Gulf and Sea of Oman. All the shipping transport from our Wharf in Russia is done through third parties companies while we use our own Logistic Company to deliver or receive goods between the Wharf and our companies in Iran. We have over 5 fully functional Industrial Plants which produce the raw material for Fizzy Beverages and 1 storage plants which is near completion. Apart from these, we own and purchase the products of a number of other plants in yearly bases. We import and export, Wheat, Corn and other food products through our Wharf in Russia on Volga river.
