Originally on Main Street in Santa Monica, the present location opened its doors in 1997 which quickly became a destination for the members of the design community. At the time, the focus of the business was French and English antique furniture, lighting and accessories. Soon afterward, Tod realized how important the need for lighting reproduction... was and while on a buying trip in Paris, discovered the Galerie des Lampes collection. After the success of the French lighting, Tod added Besselink & Jones from London, Limehouse Lighting, Lamplight and Stephen Gerould soon followed as well as their own collection of lighting and furniture.
