TMS was formed in 1999 as a result of the management buy-out of an existing property business in Torquay. 2012 saw the company being acquired by Estate and Asset Management Limited - a move that creates one of the UK's leading property management businesses by bringing the new owners' existing property management business, Blenheims Estate and Asse... t Management, and TMS together. Both Blenheims and TMS are committed to high levels of customer service coupled with a high degree of transparency in what we do. TMS started trading with just 34 blocks of flats under management but has grown in size and reputation across the South West, the South East and London. We now manage in excess of 450 blocks and residential estates serving over 10,000 property owners and are dedicated to delivering excellence in the way in which we achieve this. Our Head Office is located in Paignton from where we are growing our portfolio in the South West and Wales and we are developing our business in London, Bristol and the South East from our offices in central London and in conjunction with Blenheims in Bristol and London. Over the years we have developed a first class professional Property Management Team led by our Director of Property Management, Jonathan Holmes. We have been able to draw upon their considerable knowledge and experience to deliver a complete range of property management services to our clients. We believe in supporting our staff to achieve professional qualifications with the Institute of Residential Property Managers which further enhances their performance. Our Property Management Team, comprising Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Administrators, is backed by our skilled and experienced Accounts Department.
