TLR's President, Terri Bartle, is a past board chairman and president of the Columbia River Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association (CRCBFA), a past member of the board of advisors for the Agriculture Transportation Coalition (AgTC), a member of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) import/export committee, the past export committee chair for the Pacific Coast Council of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association (PCC) and CRCBFA, as well as a former board member of both the PCC and CRCBFA. TLR's Vice President, Jack Hubbard, is a former board chairman and past president of the PCC, the general chair of the Western Cargo Conference (WESCCON), the current treasurer of the PCC Trade Expansion PAC, and the past president of the Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of Northern California (CBFANC). Chris Garcez of TLR's San Francisco office is the current board chairman and past president of CBFANC, the current secretary of the PCC, and the former legislative committee chairman for the PCC and CBFANC.
