James became the youngest Sr. Vice President of a local State chartered bank where he began and managed the Retirement Plan Division and integrated trust services among affiliate banks. He was instrumental in creating a publically traded mutual fund and initiated a new business unit for a national financial services corporation to offer personal financial planning. In 2008 James founded Titus Financial, Inc. featuring financial planning and investment services predicated on client values and professional objectivity. James lives where he was born and raised in Portland, Oregon with his wife, son and daughter. The entire family enjoys golf, skiing, fishing, and family vacations abroad. He served on the Board of Directors and as President of The Raphael House of Portland, the Board of The University Club of Portland, and the Board of The Financial Planning Association of Oregon and Southwest Washington.
