The owners are Jim Gudac and Linwood (Lin) Cross. They have over 80 years of combined construction experience. The owners, Jim and Lin, are the Estimators and Project Managers on all of our projects. We do work primarily on the east coast in non-union areas. We work in a limited amount of states in order for the owners to be able to oversee all of our projects to provide a high level of quality control. Our clients deal directly with the owners from the bidding to the end of the project. We are very Blessed to have an established team of experienced, dedicated superintendents and office staff. We have experience with all types of projects.
