Antony, or more commonly known as 'AJ', served in the Royal Australian Air Force in aircraft maintenance environments and then air operations with RADAR units and with Air Traffic Control. After departing the Air Force, AJ consulted for a Brisbane based software development company who specialised in designing and developing Content Management Syst... ems for the management and production of both printed and electronic maintenance and operator manuals that are used in specialised heavy maintenance environments. After consulting, AJ moved back into Defence Industry working for Global corporations in Technical Publications Management roles. AJ has also worked in the automotive and mining fields to expand his depth of understanding of the complexities faced in different industries. AJ is an experienced Project Manager, having implemented many new publications and training programs for small and large projects. AJ has been a member of International Working Groups for international specifications such as the Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) S1000D and has also worked with members of the SCORM working groups. Also experienced with structured mark-up applications, AJ has been working with SGML and XML authoring applications for nearly 12 years. AJ has also volunteered many hours to organisations such at Queensland State School Parents and Citizens organisations and advocacy groups and local sporting organisations and has been responsible for the development and application of constitutional, policy and process documentation. On completing the Masters of Business Administration, AJ has a keen interest in taking the knowledge from the degree and his professional skills to enable businesses to become more environmentally and financially sustainable as well as improving efficiency in the business.Read More
