In 2000, Tifa promoted advocating efforts to revise the Law No. 39/2004 on the Placement and Protection of Migrant Workers. The Law revision was hoped to make protection for migrant workers to be more integrated with worker protection components, as stated in the 1990 Migrant Convention, which has been ratified in the Law No. 6/2012. Case litigatio... n efforts, which was later supported by access on the disclosure of information, is one of Tifa's working focus in the last several years, particularly cases related to migrant issues, both at home and abroad.
