Over the years, Thurcon has provided participation in offerings in Limited Partnership interests in Real Estate. Through its affiliate companies they have developed and sold in excess of 600 cooperatives and condominiums residential units in New York City, and are actively pursuing and acquiring existing residential, hotel and commercial properties... throughout the Northeast. Thurcon Properties and their affiliate companies have expertise in all fields of residential and commercial construction, rehabilitation of existing buildings, construction of new buildings of high and low rise construction. All projects developed since 1969 were constructed by affiliates, managed by affiliates and remain under the control of affiliates, through the in-house management company Thurcon Properties Ltd., which is headquartered in the heart of New York's midtown shopping district. The Martinique on Broadway, underwent a major renovation program in 1996-1998 converting it from a 650- SRO Hotel into a 18-story 532-room first class, full service hotel, with 20,000 square feet of meeting and ballroom space and 15,000 sq. ft. of retail space at ground level. The property is currently being operated as a Radisson Hotel, and managed by Thurcon Properties Ltd.
