Established in 2012. A different type of training facility. A different attitude. A different approach. And different results. Lasting results. Without injury, without overdoing it, without getting stuck. It is training with intent. With smart goals like mobility, stability and strength that lead to those other goals like muscle mass, weight loss a... nd positive self-image. We're about serious members who are committed to learning and changing the way they think about working out. Who realize flash doesn't make you fit. And that their best is the best there is. And when you've achieved your best- and you will - you're there. Thrive Fit has been in business for almost 4 years. During this time, we have grown into the area's number one gym for service, results and innovation. I originally started this gym as a place for us to train our clients in an environment that we could control. So many of our clients were tired of the gym scene and so were we. We hoped to provide a place for people to come to get great results, great service and individual attention. Many of the clients I originally started with are still with me several years later. We moved out on our own around July 2014. This enabled us to have more training space, add a private bathroom, separate areas for storage and a desk area.
