Five years ago Rachel became engaged with the healthcare system as her son, Jackson, was consistently ill. Her frustration with the complexity of the healthcare system and expensive bills made her think about how helpless employees must feel. So, she set out to find a benefits firm that helped employees understand how to be educated consumers of he... althcare year-round and she didnt find one. Thus, Thrive Benefits was born. Her mission is two-fold, to help employers and employees. She understands that companies need to have good benefits to attract and retain employees and makes it her mission to help employers save money so they can offer good benefits year over year. In addition, she helps employees to navigate the healthcare system so that they can have the highest quality of care at the lowest possible cost. Her true passion is helping people.
