Farrah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian by the State of Texas. She graduated from University of Texas with her bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a Group Fitness Instructor at Trufusion in Austin, TX. Beth is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian by the State of Texas. She graduated... from Iowa State University with her Bachelors degree in Dietetics. She also earned her Master's in Education from Depaul University. Claire is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and graduated from Texas Christian University with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is also a yoga instructor, and love combining this practice with nutrition to help others achieve true freedom through health - physically, spiritually, and mentally! Amber has a BS in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University and have been a health educator for 10 years along with being a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach as well as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She has worked in clinic and virtual settings for over 3 years. Michelle is the executive assistant of Thrival Nutrition. While she is 'behind the scenes', she helps keep content, graphics, podcasts, rolling smoothly. She loves being in the kitchen + creating recipes that are delicious + healthy. She lives with her family here in Austin, TX. Doug is the co-founder of Thrival Nutrition.
