Based out of Fresno, we primarily serve the Central San Joaquin Valley. However, we have done projects for clients from Monterey to Shaver Lake and Hume Lake. If you have a need that we can help find a solution for, we would love the opportunity to serve you. How Do We Build Better Lives? One of the ways that we separate ourselves from the pack is... by giving back to the communities in which we live. We commit to at least two different multi-day service projects each year in the Fresno area, where we donate our services to non-profit organizations. Last year we joined forces with Every Neighborhood Partnership to serve our community. This involved rehabbing a home in southeast Fresno, completing a roofing project, and painting a community center in southwest Fresno. The owner of Three17 has also traveled to Swaziland, Africa twice in the last two years to build homes for orphans and widows. We have found that even though we don't benefit financially, there is a deeper reward in doing what you know is right.
