Since 1973, THON has raised more than $114 million for its sole beneficiary, Four Diamonds at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital, making THON the largest student-run philanthropy in the world! Last year alone, THON raised a record-breaking $13.34 million for the fight against childhood cancer. Energized by these accomplishments, over 15,000 students have renewed their commitment to involve more and more people in the cause for the upcoming year. Today, a donation to THON means that 96 cents of every dollar is directly battling pediatric cancer and investing in the health of the company's future. These donations enable Four Diamonds to provide outstanding care and comprehensive support to children undergoing treatment.
