Jason is the CEO and the Co-Founder of Thomas Group. He is a native of Middle Tennessee and currently lives in the Brentwood area. Prior to Thomas Group, Jason was a Director of Business Operations for a privately-held IT staffing firm in Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. Throughout his 8-year tenure with the staffing firm, Jason built a reputation of integrity, innovation, and growth which embraces his core values. Before that, Jason ended his 10 year career in the Document Management Industry as the Director of Regional Operations for ARC, where he was also a minority owner. Jason received his undergraduate degree from Trevecca and hold an MBA from Bethel University. If you can not find him at the office, Jason can always be found on a ball field with his wife and 3 children.
