May it please you to know that our trusty mechanicals have now completed the task of relocating our entire seed stock from our office to the mews stables attached to my residence, accordingly I am pleased to confirm that Mr Etty's emporia are, once again, both up and running effectively. Our seed supply lines appear to be reasonably secure, althoug... h some items may not be available at any given moment. Please feel free therefore to place a seed order. When doing so, we would earnestly entreat you to send us your order utilizing the electronic mailing system, (I am advised that sales@thomasetty.co.uk is the correct address for you to use) so that we can advise you of any item that may prove to be problematic, within said message, we would also ask that you please make us aware of any acceptable alternatives, or indicate whether you would be agreeable to accept our own substitution(s) (I do assure you that we will not send a carrot when you have asked for a courgette!). Payment may be effected by credit/debit card (although debit cards are preferred) and details may be telephoned through to our office during usual business hours, by PayPal (we will send a PayPal payment request if so desired) or, by bank transfer (appropriate details will be made available on application). We would request that no attempt to make payment either by cheque or postal order be made for the time being please. If we already have received your order, rest assured that we are currently processing it and will despatch it to you as soon as is possible. Orders will be sent out via the Post Office and whilst we may not always be able to obtain a proof of postage from that esteemed organisation, our reprographics department have assured me that they will be able to retain a photographic likeness of each package prior to its despatch.
