The purpose built facilities will encompass enough floor area to enable fabrication of rotor straps to a length of approx 9M (354"). Rotor straps for Turbo generators will be fully fabricated to include all types of slot design either machined or punched, bending, machining of cooling ducts, annealing and joint preparation. All grades of copper and silver copper can be accommodated to lengths of up to 12 m (475"). Specialist packing ensures that we can delivery in volume or as a single set anywhere in the world with confidence. Our extensive knowledge allows us to help in reverse engineering repair sets as either planned or non planned outages with our willingness to take on tight schedule deliveries customers can be confident of our help in minimising down time. The division is also taking our present products further to offer fully fabricated and assembled salient pole coil materials.
